George and Elias started as a family owned business serving the Atlanta area and it's surrounding cities since 1998.  As native New Yorkers, George and his family spent the early years in Astoria NY primarily working on upscale renovations in New York's upper-east side.  Through the years George and his sons have developed numerous commercial projects :Tenant Build-Outs, Pharmacys, Restaurants, condos, as well as residential, Co-Ops, Condo to Single Family homes.

The foundation of G&E Construction by Elias Kouvelas proved to be a gradual learning process, which in turn led the family to success.  With hard work and determination, the business has effectively grown into a team of 15 professionals with

the ability to handle large or multiple projects simultaneously.  Louie has taken a personal leadership role in developing all new trained professionals of G&E- sometimes being seen as meticulous to the point of perfection.  This remains one of the main reasons G&E has steadily grown form word of mouth referrals and satisfied clients over the years.    More importantly, he understood the relationship between customer service, attention to detail, and applied these fundamentals to his work. 

We are currently based in Acworth, Georgia and continue to plan our growth while conducting business as a family.  Our work has taken us into Atlanta, Roswell, Dunwoody, Smyrna, Sandy Springs, Marietta, Kennesaw, Acworth, Cartersville and beyond.  Our team has done work all over the north-western part of Georgia and hope to expand into new areas, helping customers with ideas, planning, and designing unique projects.  Lastly, we appreciate you spending the time on our site- we hope you've learned more about our family, our way of business, and will not hesitate to give us a call.
